Your Role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with the Client Procurement Team to develop Work Scope Documents and procure Enabling Work Packages.
* Manage a variety of commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, and variations.
* Oversee the management of subcontract work packages through to final account.
* Minimize risk and cost while maximizing value through detailed cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials.
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who has:
* A degree in BSc Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, or equivalent experience/memberships.
* Experience in the construction industry, specifically managing large projects valued at over £100 million.
* Preferably, large-scale industrial or civil engineering experience.
* Experience working on Construction Management Projects.
* Familiarity with the NEC Form of Contract.
