Your new role
As the Senior Administrator, you will report directly to the Head of Accounts/Managing Directors Executive Assistant. You will support with managing and maintaining complex calendars, coordinating meetings across time zones and process expenses.
You'll assist in the planning and execution of projects, organise and facilitate project meetings and act as a central point of contact for ongoing project and project enquiries.
You will support the wider administrative functions in the team, including research on a number of topics and present information to senior management in a concise format.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an experienced administrator. Any previous experience supporting senior management in an Executive/Personal Assistant capacity would be hugely beneficial. You'll need excellent communication skills and good stakeholder management.
