About the role: Are you ready to step into a pivotal role that supports the smooth operation of dynamic facilities across multiple sites? We are seeking a Senior Facilities Assistant to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll play a crucial part in delivering both hard and soft facilities services, while acting as a key point of contact across departments. Key responsibilities and duties: * Be the go-to contact for all building, site, and facilities queries * Manage vehicle fleet logistics from MOTs to road tax to safety checks * Coordinate facilities maintenance, contractor visits, and refurbishment projects * Handle uniforms and PPE orders, ensuring teams are equipped and ready * Keep the office running smoothly: managing supplies, meeting rooms, kitchens, and first aid kits * Oversee consumables used in manufacturing and other operational areas * Support with event and lunch coordination * Help champion health and safety best practices across both sites Key skills and experiences required: Essential Skills: * Experience in administration and/or facilities support * Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills * Confident with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) * A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to work both indepen...
