Housing Project Manager needed in Croydon This is a temporary contract paying £62.50ph PAYE This is a temporary role The reference number is: 9161-1 The successful candidate will prepare construction project for delivery or projects that form the capital programme for any year or future year, such as: Special projects that have to be scoped, designed and tendered as a standalone project Work that requires approval from the Building Safety Regulator Work that needs planning consent Work that cannot be delivered over a single year, because it has a long lead in and planning stage Work that requires section 20 notice Work without an adequate supply chain in place Plan and organise the pre-construction stages of the capital delivery pipeline so that each work stream has clear milestones and resource requirements identified Liaise with procurement colleagues to ensure that there is an adequate supply chain in place, taking a pro-active role where necessary in planning procurements and evaluating tenders.
