Associate Director Building Surveying Leading UK Property Consultancy | London West End Salary up to £80k Car Allowance Bonus Full Package (DOE) An opportunity has arisen for an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor to join a highly regarded London Building Surveying team at Associate Director level within a well established national property consultancy. This Building Surveying team is widely recognised as one of the strongest within the firms Real Estate practice and is entering a significant growth phase. With further recruitment planned throughout the year, this is an excellent time to join ahead of that expansion and play a key role in the journey as the team continues to build on its reputation and client base. The Opportunity This position offers a genuine and clearly defined route to Partner level. The firm operates three tiers of Partner, with the first step being Salaried Partner, providing a transparent and achievable progression path for ambitious surveyors looking to move into senior leadership. The project workload has a strong commercial focus, primarily across Industrial, Office and Retail assets, alongside high-end Residential instructions. You will work with a diverse and impressive client portfolio including banks, funds, pension schemes and developers offering a broad mix of high-quality work and long-term client relationships. Scope of Work The core workload will centre around: Dilapidations Technical Due Diligence Project Monitoring Pre Acquisition Surveys Contract Administration As the team continues to win new instructions, there will naturally be exposure to additional workstreams, offering variety and the chance to broaden your involvement. Working Environment The consultancy offers a mature, results driven culture with a high degree of autonomy. There is no micromanagement if the work is delivered to a high standard and clients are satisfied, you are trusted to manage your workload in a way that suits you. There is hybrid working: typically 23 days in the office and 23 days from home. You would be working from a modern, high quality office space in a prime West End location.
