Reporting & Department
Reporting to Solution Manager. Department Operations. Project coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational and strategic projects
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support across project activities
* Assist in maintaining project documentation, trackers, and reports
* Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders
* Support governance processes, ensuring project standards and procedures are followed
* Help monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
* Identify and elevate risks, issues or delays where appropriate
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
* Support continuous improvement of project processes and delivery
Key Outcomes
* Contribute to reducing project delays
* Improve overall project delivery quality
* Increase organisational capacity and efficiency
* Enable Project Managers and leaders to focus on strategic priorities
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s/MSc degree in Engineering or related field.
* Experience within refrigeration, HVAC or cooling technology.
* Background in project coordination or administrative roles (desirable).
