About the Role
We are seeking a Material Handler (Logistics Operator) to join our warehouse and site operations team. This multi-functional role plays a key part in ensuring smooth logistics across Blow Fill Seal (BFS) and Pre-Filled Syringe (PFS) production. You’ll be responsible for coordinating deliveries, replenishing components, managing goods in/out, and supporting production to meet operational and customer needs—all while maintaining compliance with cGMP, HSE, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Process goods inward transactions, deliveries, and documentation.
✔️ Pick, replenish, load, and store components/products to meet production plans.
✔️ Ensure timely and accurate despatch of finished goods.
✔️ Perform SAP stock transactions, cycle counting, and discrepancy investigations.
✔️ Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (conveyor systems, racking checks, opt fleet/PUI).
✔️ Support continuous improvements, quality investigations (QIR/CAPA), and compliance activities.
✔️ Promote a strong site safety culture, waste management, and hygiene standards.
✔️ Provide training/mentoring to colleagues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Qualifications: Level 3 qualification (NVQ L3, BTEC National, ONC, or C&G L3) in Logistics, Engineering, or a Scientific field.
🔹 Experience:
* Prior warehouse/logistics experience (regulated industry such as Pharma, Food, or Aerospace desirable).
* SAP knowledge and FLT license preferred.
🔹 Skills & Competencies:
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve warehouse issues.
* Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Adaptable, safety-focused, and quality-oriented.
