I’m working with a well-established business in the London insurance market that’s looking for an experienced Application Support and Service Manager to lead a high-performing support function.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing both onshore and offshore teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service across complex insurance systems. You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day support of policy administration and Salesforce‑based platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and continual improvement.
Strong ITIL knowledge and hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools) will be key to success in this position, along with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technology teams.
