Senior Support Worker - Caversham - £13.24ph
Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and be willing to drive a large company vehicle.

Overview
Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Caversham. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Responsibilities
* Helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives.
* Assisting the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service.
* Allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support manage their finances.
* Ensuring the daily support for seniors.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour’s of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and people who have experienced trauma.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
