THE ROLE
Our goal is to be the best partner for salons, helping them realize their ambitions and achieve success. As a Wella Account Manager, you will be responsible for business growth within your territory of 120-150 accounts, using disciplined journey planning and a consultative approach to grow their business with our products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Achieve sales targets for territory turnover, number of accounts, and brand sales.
2. Partner with hairdressers to develop their salon business through action plans focusing on attracting new clients, driving loyalty, increasing spend, and optimizing operations.
EXPERIENCE
* At least 12-15 months of direct field sales experience.
* Experience in consultative business development.
* Highly organized with strong discipline.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Digitally savvy.
* Deep knowledge of beauty industry and consumer perceptions.
* Accountability and determination to succeed.
* Proactive, fast-paced, and innovative mindset.
* High ethical standards and collaborative attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in FMCG or salon sales.
* Experience selling to small or independent salons/retailers.
* Skills in contracting and negotiation.
