As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in supporting both warehouse and production operations, working within a small, friendly team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklift trucks (Counterbalance and/or Reach) in line with safety standards. Load and unload materials from lorries and delivery vehicles. Move stock around site to support production and dispatch. Carry out daily safety checks and basic maintenance on equipment. Maintain accurate records of stock movements. Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety guidelines. The Ideal Candidate: Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach essential). Previous forklift driving experience in a warehouse or production setting. Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions. Reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive in approach.
