About the Role - As Content & Communications Marketing Executive (FTC 12 month) you will produce engaging content across digital channels, newsletters and publications. The role includes creating visual and written content, planning campaigns, analysing performance and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high quality, on brand content. This role is ideal for a Marketing professional with a well rounded skillset. Duties of the Content & Communications Marketing Executive (FTC 12 month) - Manage and maintain digital channels, creating and posting engaging visual and written content that aligns with the brand and appeals to target audiences. Plan, capture and design content using tools such as Photoshop, Canva and other graphic design software for social media, newsletters, publications and campaigns. Monitor trends, conduct keyword research and optimise content to increase engagement, reach and overall performance across channels. Produce and design company communications, including publications, adverts, posts and messaging, ensuring consistency in tone and branding. Lead the creation of the company newsletter from concept to final publication, collaborating with teams to collate information, write articles and design content. Analyse performance metrics, report on channel progress and ensure all departments are represented in published content to support strategic objectives. Skills Required - At least 1 year of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related role, with a strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy. Experienced in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and familiarity with tools such as Photoshop or Canva is essential. Skilled in content writing, with a strong grasp of branding and the ability to maintain a consistent tone of voice across all communications. Confident in photography and videography, with the ability to produce high quality visual content for multiple channels. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with colleagues across teams. Strong time management and organisational skills, able to meet tight deadlines, adapt to trends and prioritise multiple projects. You will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 - £31,000 per annum dependent on experience.
