Retail Project Delivery Manager
Location: Remote - Dublin; Hybrid - Bromley, Bournemouth
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Employment Type: 1 year contract
Responsibilities
* Initiating projects and developing Project Initiation Documents
* Ensuring scope, resources and project governance are clearly defined and in place
* Developing and managing project plans
* Ensuring customer business and technical requirements are documented and agreed
* Collaborating with Development and Test managers to determine delivery dates
* Facilitating stand‑ups and helping to clear blockers
* Agreeing ticket priorities and contributing to resource allocation
* Monitoring deliverables and reporting on dates, issues and risks
* Maintaining and managing project RAID logs to address risks and keep projects on track
* Maintaining and managing change request logs
* Providing weekly status reports
* Supporting project and business readiness management
* Coordinating software rollouts to customer sites and managing deployments to Production
* Ensuring production testing is complete prior to customer rollout
* Managing pilots with customers and documenting any resulting changes
Qualifications
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
* Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to daily tasks
* Strong initiative and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
* Excellent leadership and collaborative people skills
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
