Overview
Landmarc Support Services is seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role you will look after the Training Estate facilities, including cleaning accommodation blocks and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.
Responsibilities
* Looking after the camp's general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
* Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions and shower blocks
* Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming
* General building maintenance
* Basic grounds maintenance such as mowing and strimming
* Stock management tasks
* Complete all relevant documentation using IT and paper-based systems
* Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
Qualifications / Skills
* General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge
* Knowledge in Grounds Maintenance
* Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH procedures
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to complete documentation
* Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet
* Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential)
