An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join a luxury boutique hotel in the Lake District, as the kitchen enters a new phase under fresh leadership.
Operating at 3 AA Rosette level, the kitchen has recently launched new tasting and à la carte menus, with a clear focus on refining standards and progressing towards Michelin recognition.

The Role
Working as part of a developing brigade, you will play a key role in delivering high standards across all services.
You will:
* Run your section confidently during prep and service
* Deliver clean, precise dishes in line with Rosette-level expectations
* Support ongoing menu development and refinement
* Maintain strong organisation, consistency and attention to detail
* Work closely with the senior team to improve standards across the kitchen
* Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture
