We are looking for a passionate Head Therapist to join our luxury spa team at The Welcombe Hotel.

The Role
As Head Therapist, you will:
* Deliver high-quality spa treatments to the highest standard
* Lead, mentor and support the therapist team
* Ensure treatment protocols and brand standards are consistently maintained
* Drive retail sales and maximise treatment revenue
* Assist with training, rotas and performance development
* Ensure exceptional guest journeys from arrival to departure
* Support the Spa Manager in daily operational management
This is a hands-on role where you will still be actively delivering treatments while providing leadership and direction to the team.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy
* Has previous experience in a spa environment
* Demonstrates strong retail and upselling ability
* Is confident, professional and guest-focused
* Has leadership or senior therapist experience (desirable)
* Is passionate about wellbeing and luxury service
