Responsibilities
* Support patients with their physical care needs, including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.
* Deliver person-centered care according to individual bespoke care plans.
* Promote independence and respect each patient's spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs.
* Maintain accurate care records.
* Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
* Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off.
* Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager.
* Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment.
