Location: Filton (initially full-time onsite, then hybrid - 60% onsite)
Hours: 35 hours/week over 4.5 days (flexible between 7am-7pm)
Pay: £28.41/hr (PAYE) | £38.00/hr (Umbrella)
Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

As a Process Performance Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing organisation, working alongside technical experts and project managers to optimise production processes for iconic projects like the A400M, A350 Wing, Additive Manufacturing, and R&T initiatives such as Wing of Tomorrow. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver world-class aircraft efficiently and safely.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Designing and implementing the best industrial sequence of work on the shop floor to optimise production time per aircraft.
2. Creating and maintaining industrial process diagrams (PERT charts) and standard line balancing (SLB) within multi-functional teams.
