About the role:
As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing your assigned area, increasing consumer choice and restaurant activation to maximize orders. You will act as a trusted advisor to our partners, supporting their success and growth.
Location:
Edinburgh (field-based & home-based)
Key responsibilities:
* Maximize the potential of existing restaurant partners through strong relationships.
* Educate partners to enhance customer service and experience.
* Lead onboarding of new partners, visiting them within 14 days of online activation.
* Prioritize order growth and mentor partners on key steps to achieve this.
* Utilize internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
* Experience in B2B sales or account management.
* Ownership of ambitious targets.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Passion for learning and self-improvement.
* Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* Interest in food and restaurants.
* Full clean UK driving license.
