* Craft compelling copy for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
* Create visual assets like infographics and videos using tools like Canva.
Content Distribution & Strategy
* Plan and publish content across channels including website, blog, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and email.
* Collaborate with marketing to identify content opportunities.
* Optimize content for each platform and audience engagement.
* Implement A/B testing to improve content performance.
* Monitor and report on content metrics.
Brand & Message Consistency
* Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
* Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
Collaboration & Internal Communication
* Work with data science and marketing teams to develop stories.
* Align content with campaign goals and contribute to content planning.
Audience Engagement & Growth
* Stay updated on digital trends to enhance engagement.
* Test new content formats like videos and interactive graphics.
SEO & Accessibility
* Apply SEO best practices for discoverability.
* Ensure content meets accessibility standards.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in content creation, storytelling, or digital marketing, preferably in tech or data environments.
* Strong writing skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
* Experience with data visualization tools and digital content tools like Canva, HubSpot, CMS.
* Understanding of target markets, including financial services, public sector, NGOs, government.
* Experience managing social media and growing audiences.
* Basic design and video editing skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
