Our client is a family owned dealer group operating a number of prestige automotive brands across the Northwest. Ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry and have a great working attitude. As Parts Advisor you will need to be target driven, and comfortable selling with exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor Working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail) Ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicles parts and accessories. Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department. Maximising parts and accessory sales to customers. Requirements Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Advisor Knowledge of: Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle operating systems or similar DMS Systems would be an advantage. Front and back counter sales experience to the trade or retail customers. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Confident working within both retail sales and workshop environments.
