We are currently recruiting for an experienced Master Technician to join a well-established and busy automotive dealership in Burnley. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior technician looking to work in a modern workshop with the latest diagnostic equipment and strong manufacturer support.

Basic Salary: £40,000
On Target Earnings: £46,000

Key Responsibilities
Carry out diagnosis, repair and evaluation of customer vehicles
Diagnose complex symptoms across a range of vehicles
Ensure quality and a first time fix of all customer vehicles
Communicate with customers to fully understand their reported issue
Complete detailed video vehicle health checks
Develop your skills & knowledge to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV and Hybrid Vehicles
Assist and train your colleagues through mentoring and coaching
Maintain a clean & safe workshop environment
About You
Minimum of Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
Experience at a Diagnostic or Master Technician level, ideally within a main dealership
Must hold a full UK driving licence
