MS Dynamics BC Functional Consultant

ShortList is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant to join a leading organization in Birmingham to deliver best-in-class Microsoft solutions to organizations across the UK. This role will work full lifecycle from initial client engagements through to BAU and would suit an individual who thrives on being client-facing, with lots of variety. The role is hybrid with some client visits required.
Key Responsibilities for the Dynamics BC Functional Consultant role:
* Work with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class Microsoft solutions
* Deliver client demos, work closely with key stakeholders and support presales efforts.
* Lead Discovery workshops, map client business processes, configure Business Central, and guide the delivery, support and training.
Key skills
* Ideally 5+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Nav
* Strong client-facing and solutions delivery background
* Functional Consulting expertise in finance and supply chain
* Pre-sales or solution-selling experience is ideal
* Power Platform or M365 integration experience
* Knowledge of AI in BC is a plus (Copilot, Power Platform)
* Microsoft certifications (MB-800+)
