Milk Education is recruiting 2 dedicated and confident Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and inclusive Nursery in Kirkby (L33) on a permanent basis.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to take an active role within a baby room, supporting children at their earliest stages of development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high‑quality support
2. Provide personal care
3. Monitor child progress
4. Act as a positive role model, supporting children’s independence and confidence

Essential Requirements:

5. Recent and relevant experience working within a baby room nursery setting
6. Level 3 Early Years qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, or equivalent)
7. A caring, patient, and proactive individual
8. Confidence working independently and following team‑lead
9. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
