What you'll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, among others.
We care for and support people of all ages, in the community and in their homes, with conditions like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular Dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other complex needs. Every day will be different, offering new challenges. You’ll be making your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
You don’t need prior complex care experience to apply, as this role provides an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a team making a real difference. We are looking for care workers with some care experience who want to expand their expertise. Full training and ongoing clinical support will be provided to develop skills in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, among others.
