Lettings Manager – Market Leading Agency Location: Halesowen Salary: £35,000 (DOE) Performance Incentives Full-time | Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to lead our market-leading lettings department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a thriving portfolio, drive new business, and lead a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in both growing the portfolio and maximising revenue , while delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike. Key Responsibilities Drive business development , increasing portfolio size and maximising income opportunities Manage the end-to-end lettings process from instruction to move-in Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external partners Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and legal compliance Ensure all records and client interactions are accurately maintained using CRM systems Lead, motivate, and develop a team of lettings professionals Handle all administration , including contracts and documentation, with accuracy and efficiency What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step up Strong track record in winning new business and growing a portfolio Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience managing or mentoring a team Familiarity with property software/CRM systems Desirable: MARLA or other property-related qualifications What’s in it for You?
