Employee Benefits Consultant – Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Employee Benefits Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team within an award-winning Financial Services group.
With a strong reputation for agile, innovative consultancy and trusted client support, you will work with a diverse client base – from SMEs to multinational corporations – delivering tailored benefit solutions that go beyond industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients
* Advise on and deliver solutions across Pensions, Group Risk, Healthcare, and bespoke benefits
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely billing
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Prepare client reports, tenders, and implement flexible benefit platforms
Must haves:
* A minimum Level 4 qualification
* Prior experience delivering Employee Benefits consultancy
* Strong knowledge of Group Risk, Healthcare and Pension markets
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent client management skills
