Key Responsibilities Business Development Secure new FM compliance, maintenance, and fit-out contracts Build a sustainable pipeline aligned to revenue targets Engage with senior stakeholders (Facilities, Estates, Operations, Procurement) Position the business as a trusted compliance partner Internal Opportunity Development Work with sales teams to identify opportunities within existing accounts Promote compliance services as part of wider solutions Support cross-referrals into project and fit-out services Tenders & Proposals Manage PQQ, RFQ, and ITT submissions Prepare clear, commercially sound proposals Present to senior stakeholders and negotiate agreements Strategy & Growth Contribute to growth strategy and scalable processes Support future recruitment and team development Services Focus Fire safety compliance Electrical testing (EICR) HVAC servicing & inspections Water hygiene & Legionella control Emergency lighting testing Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Compliance management programmes Reactive and planned maintenance Interior fit-out projects Skills & Experience Essential FM industry experience Proven success in winning service contracts Tender process experience Commercial, consultative approach Confident with senior stakeholders Desirable Knowledge of compliance frameworks Experience with integrated FM solutions Fit-out/refurbishment exposure Team mentoring or leadership experience
