This is a highly exciting opportunity for a fire risk assessor to join a growing fire safety consultancy. The successful fire risk assessor will be working predominantly around the Midlands region with occasional travel outside. The fire risk assessor will be working on a variety of exciting projects across the UK. Responsibilities will include: Conduct comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments across a range of commercial, residential, and public-sector properties. Produce clear, concise, and fully compliant FRA reports. Provide expert guidance to clients on fire safety legislation and best practice (including the Fire Safety Order 2005). Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend proportionate actions. Liaise with building managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure corrective measures are completed. Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations, and training. Requirements: Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Recognised fire safety qualification such as NEBOSH Fire, IFE, FRAR, FSO, or equivalent. Strong understanding of current fire safety legislation and British Standards.
