No prior care experience is required, your empathy, reliability, and willingness to learn are what matter most. They’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you thrive. Shift Patterns: (We can be flexible!) Mornings and evening shifts available! (Morning shifts are especially welcome) Morning shift: Starting from 07:00 Evening shift: 17:00 to 22:00 Weekend availability (Every other weekend) Full-time and Part-time hours available As a Healthcare Assistant, you will: Provide personal care and support (e.g. bathing, dressing, medication reminders) Offer companionship and build genuine friendships Support with household tasks and meal preparation Accompany clients to appointments, shops, or social activities Create a safe, comfortable, and happy home environment What we are looking for: A kind, caring, and respectful nature Reliability and trustworthiness Good communication skills and a friendly approach Willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team Be available to work every other weekend Must hold a full valid UK Driving License and own your own vehicle No formal qualifications are required, personal, voluntary, or professional experience with care is welcomed.
