They are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team based out of their Brentwood office. You’ll play a key commercial role across two major Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) refurbishment contracts valued at approximately £15 million annually, split across Essex and North London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term programme of works with strong pipeline and continuity.
