Team Leader
I am delighted to be working with a leading Commercial Insurance Broker who are based in the East Midlands. The company is part of a successful global business with a number of offices in the UK and beyond.
The Role
As a Team Leader you will be:
* Managing a Team of highly experienced and successful Account Handlers
* You will carry out effective one-to-ones and team meetings to track performance to individual KPI's and keep the team informed around company updates and team progress
* Reporting into the Operations Manager on all things service delivery, team performance and process delivery
* As a senior member of the businessyou will also provide support to the Distribution team by managing some of the larger and more complex risks as a Senior Handler
The Candidate
As a Team Leader you will have:
* Experience of managing Mid-Market to Mid Corporate sized risks - preferably within the Real Estate sector
* Excellent technical insurance knowledge
* Experience of managing a team within an insurance setting
* An ability to motivate and support the team and create an environment where your team can thrive
The Reward
