Commercial Property Manager
Location: Reigate
Salary: £40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00-17:30
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and financial performance of a varied commercial property portfolio. This role is key to ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants receive excellent service, and financial targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties.
2. Ensure maintenance and repair of properties are conducted timely.
3. Manage tenant relations and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
4. Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
5. Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
