Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned, commercially focused, eCommerce-savvy Senior Business Analyst to join the Global Digital Commerce Team. You will work across two key business areas:
1. Consultancy – providing eCommerce best practice process analysis and strategy.
2. Technical Product Development – translating commercial outcomes into technical design solutions supporting a scalable, global product.
Reporting to the Global Digital Commerce & Self-Serve Lead, this role will collaborate closely with the Commercial Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders worldwide.
This position is ideal for a Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in eCommerce, multi-segment transactional journeys (B2B, B2C, B2B2C), and experience with enterprise-level commerce cloud platforms, especially in a multi-country environment. Experience with global digital payments products, KYC, and payments systems is highly desirable.
This is a remote role, based anywhere in Europe.
Responsibilities
* Document business and functional requirements, translating stakeholder insights into structured user stories emphasizing commercial and operational value. Support business case development for investment evaluation.
* Facilitate workshops with global stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. Own requirement documentation and presentation of stories and customer journeys.
* Analyze current business processes, map 'as-is' and 'to-be' states to improve operations.
* Collaborate with Technical Analysts and delivery teams to validate acceptance criteria, refine requirements, and support estimation and planning.
* Define and manage end-to-end and integration requirements across multiple systems to ensure seamless customer experiences, translating business needs into technical specifications.
* Support business process changes aligned with customer journeys and operational updates.
* Participate in the full product lifecycle, including sprint activities, testing, UAT, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Establish best practices to ensure standards are maintained across teams.

Minimum Requirements
* Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager within eCommerce.
* Proven experience in digital sales across multi-market/multi-consumer environments.
* Experience with enterprise digital payments, KYC, and global payment trends.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
* Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, SAP Commerce Cloud; CRM & ERP experience is a plus.
* Experience in process mapping and modeling.
* Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.
* Ability to work across time zones.
