What you’ll do
* Walk alongside children and families, offering honest, strengths-based support
* Lead on Early Help plans and coordinate multi‑agency partners
* Bring people together at Family Solutions Meetings to create real change
* Deliver practical, solution‑focused interventions that make life better
* Coach and guide Intervention Workers and shape good practice across your locality
What you’ll bring
* A commitment to children, families, and our local communities
* Confidence working with families in challenging situations
* Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
* Knowledge of child development, family intervention and safeguarding
* A Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience)
