We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator within HEVAC to support the effective management of compliance across heating, ventilation, electrical, and associated safety programmes.This is a systems and data-focused role, ensuring compliance records, certification, and remedial works are accurately tracked, reported, and maintained to support a safe and fully compliant property portfolio.Responsibilities of the Compliance Coordinator: Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records across HVAC, electrical, and associated programmes Track and reconcile work orders, certification, and inspection reports Identify and escalate non-compliance issues and required remedial work Support performance monitoring through data analysis and reporting Administer compliance systems, including work orders, budgets, and records Prepare and validate reports to support operational performance Provide information for internal and external audits Support continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes* Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure service deliveryWhat you'll be doing Ensuring compliance data is accurate, current, and audit-ready Monitoring HVAC and electrical compliance performance Supporting the delivery of planned compliance programmes Coordinating certification, inspections, and remedial actions Using systems and data to drive efficiency and reporting improvements Supporting a strong culture of safety and compliance
