Whether it's a quiet pint on a Tuesday, a birthday bash, or a gig in a castle, we make it memorable-freshly poured pints, a warm welcome, and a good bit of Scottish banter.
Now, we're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our management crew to help lead our largest venue in Glasgow City Centre. The management team work together- keeping things smooth, the team energised, and the guests coming back for more.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading from the front-running shifts with the team, not just overseeing them.
* Creating an environment where the team feels supported, trained, and motivated to deliver brilliant service.
* Working closely with your GM to keep everything ticking along behind the scenes-managing stock, keeping an eye on the numbers, and making sure we hit (and beat) our targets.
* Rolling up your sleeves and doing what it takes to keep the venue running smoothly and guests feeling well looked after.
What we're looking for:
* You've got solid experience running a fast-paced pub, bar or restaurant-and you're great with people.
* You know how to manage a team, solve problems on the fly, and make a busy Saturday night look easy.
* You care about the guest experience just as much as the bottom line-and you've got the leadership skills to make both thrive.
* You're organised, numbers-savvy, and not afraid to get into the detail on stock, training, or rotas.
* You get that weekends, evenings, and holidays are when the magic happens-and you're happy to be part of it.
