We have an exciting opportunity to join a multi-award-winning company based within Liverpool City Centre. Our client was initially set up in 1991 and has seen growing success year on year.
Duties include but not limited to:
1. Updating the application system and relevant finance house systems with all payout information and advising dealers and development managers
2. Responsible for the receipt of all finance documentation
3. Identifying any incorrect or possible fraudulent proofs and qualifying with the funder
4. Processing payment
5. Working closely with the account team to ensure any deposit cheques or shortfall payments are received
6. Providing support to other administration functions when required
7. Obtaining all information
8. Liaising with purchasing where necessary to ensure items are funded correctly and be released to the customer
9. Take responsibility for checking of deals with missing or incorrect information
10. Providing support and resource to reception as required
11. Adhering to the company code of conduct
The successful candidate with need to have:
12. Experience of working within a pressure environment
13. Enthusiastic and self-motivated
14. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
15. Knowledge of accountancy systems (desirable)
16. Ability to build strong working relationships
