Job details:

* Set a personal example by following company safety requirements and procedures
* Handling client enquiries in a timely manner
* Liaising with Local Authorities and relevant stake-holders to plan works.
* Complete relevant application forms in a timely manner
* Ensure that you work to Quality & Company procedures outlined by the business
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers, clients and local authorities
* Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to by yourself and your work colleagues
* Coordinate multiple departments to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

* Must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team
* Must be able to deal with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner
* Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good attention to detail
* Previous experience within an administrative role is preferred but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £28,500.00 per year
