Carpenter Multi Trade Required – North Devon
Experienced Carpenter Multi Trade required in North Devon to work on social housing planned works.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £35-37,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays.
Carpenter Multi TradeDay to Day:
1. All aspects of planned carpentry maintenance work in properties
2. Planned works not reactive
3. Driving a company van safely
4. Reporting to your supervisor
5. Completing work to the correct standard
Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:
6. Carpentry Qualification
7. Good multi trade experience
8. Previous experience working within social housing
9. Good attitude
10. Honest and reliable
11. Full UK driving license
12. DBS will be done for successful candidate
