Outdoor Adventure Manager – Northern Ireland
£40,000–£45,000 (DOE) + Optional On-Site Accommodation
Full-Time | Permanent | 40+ hrs/week

We’re looking for an experienced Outdoor Adventure Operations
Manager to take charge of day-to-day activity operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure unforgettable — and safe — visitor experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and supporting instructors across a range of outdoor activities
* Overseeing ropes courses, zip lines, and adventure programming
* Managing health & safety, training, inspections, and risk assessments
* Getting hands-on with customers and events — no two days are the same!
* Helping plan team-building and seasonal events
* Manage activity records and financial procedures
What You’ll Need:
* 3+ years in a management role in the outdoor adventure industry
* Ropes and zip line experience (with qualification)
* Strong knowledge of H&S, team leadership, and training
* First Aid (adventure-related) + Access NI/CRB
* Full driving licence and own transport
* A confident, positive, and adventurous mindset!
Nice-to-Haves:
Event planning, watersports, paintball, archery, animal care, glamping, PPE inspection, or solid DIY skills.
