Job Title: Finance Administrator (12 month FTC)
The Warner Chappell Music (WCM) UK finance team is comprised of five people who report to the SVP, Operations and Finance. The team is based in the London office – Kensington Court. We are responsible for the financial reporting for the UK music publishing business, partnering with other WCM UK departments and colleagues in the London Shared Service Centre (SSC).
Your Role
This position will assist the finance team across all financial and accounting functions for the WCM UK office. You will partner with finance and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting and demonstrate our core values in day‑to‑day work. This role requires in‑office presence 4 days a week.
Day‑to‑Day Duties
* Collaborate closely with the SSC team to input invoices and oversee payment processing, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
* Ensure revenue is accurately allocated to the correct reporting codes in SAP.
* Work with the Finance Manager to populate accurate cash‑flow forecasts.
* Liaise with the Tax department to maintain updated tax documentation.
Monthly Duties
* Prepare month‑end journals, allocating costs among reporting entities.
* Complete inter‑company reconciliations and obtain confirmations from affiliate offices.
* Maintain current and comprehensive management reports covering sync revenue, advance spend, production music income tracker, and T&E tracker.
* Prepare tax compliance reports and filings, including VAT returns and Withholding Tax returns.
Other Duties
* Act as an ambassador for the global SAP rollout, troubleshooting queries and issues.
* Contribute to the preparation of financials for roster meetings.
* Perform ad‑hoc project work as required.
* Provide support for audits and regulatory compliance.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable with intermediate formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and IFERROR.
