Multi-Skilled Engineer - Stansted (Night Shift)
Salary: £53,000 - £58,000 + overtime available
Shifts: 4 on 4 off night shift

Are you a multi-skilled engineer, maintenance engineer, or shift engineer looking for your next move in manufacturing?
We are partnering with a market-leading FMCG company, working within a highly skilled and fast-paced engineering team during the night shift.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver planned preventative maintenance and respond efficiently to breakdowns to maximise equipment uptime
* Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding on a variety of equipment
* Use maintenance systems to record activities, planned maintenance, and track KPIs
* Work effectively with external contractors and production teams to ensure smooth night operations
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, environmental, and health & safety standards
* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Key skills & experience:
* Time-served engineer or relevant Level 3 engineering qualification
* Experience with valves across water, air, and production lines (beneficial)
* Previous maintenance or engineering experience within FMCG / manufacturing
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and strong health & safety awareness
* Flexibility to support additional shifts if required
* PLC fault finding or diagnostic skills
