Role: Principal Designer (Architecture or Design background)
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire Projects across the South of England
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + attractive benefits package + excellent training
Sector: CDM/ Principal Designer Consultancy
We Recruit Group has partnered with an independent CDM and Principal Designer consultancy that is based in Wiltshire, our client has ambitious growth plans for 2026 are is looking to appoint an Architect or Design professional who would like to take a side step in their career and deliver the Principal Designer service for the business.
Our client has well established relationships across the property & construction sector, along with a growing portfolio of projects for the year ahead, appointing a PD is their main priority in Q1 which will then set the business up to appoint a more junior individual come the Spring.
They work with a range of clients across the sector, primarily within the residential, education, commercial, retail, leisure, industrial and healthcare sectors.
This role would suit an Architect or design professional that would like change direction and deliver the Principal Designer service on a full time basis (I know many Architects may already pick up bits of PD work, but this would be a complete focus on that service).
