Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Matron to join our Neuro Rehab team, with a competitive salary range on offer up to £77,250 depending upon experience.
This is a Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 role.

Our 40-bed acute/neurorehabilitation unit has two dedicated therapy gyms and is designed for the best possible patient experience. Our team uses the latest specialist rehabilitation techniques, including cutting-edge robotic equipment and advanced exoskeletons, to help support our patients' recovery. Within the floor our specialists deliver neurological and limb rehabilitation with advanced robotic devices that look at gross movement and fine dexterity movement. We can offer a higher intensity of therapy to work towards improved outcomes for patients. There is also a Bariatric Bed Room and an Isolation Bed Room to offer specialist facilities to enhance comfort and clinical care, and controlled air flow respectively.
What will your duties include?
The post holder will lead across CCL teams and actively influence and develop a culture of leadership, continuously improving patient experience, care and outcomes.
Acts as an inspiring role model demonstrating effective leadership within a complex work environment.
Influences competent best practice, empowering and developing nursing staff to enable growth ensuring compliance to goals and agreed KPI's.
With the Director of Acute and Ambulatory Care, sets unit KPIs as part of the organisational goals and monitors compliance.
Will identify and encourage potential nurse leaders within area of responsibility and across the organisation
What we need from you?
Degree in Nursing is required.
Current registration through Nursing & Midwifery Council (First Level) required
Has a demonstrable track-record working in a management position in an acute healthcare setting, or equivalent progression, preferably Neuro Rehab.
Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past posts.
Experience of leading and managing change.
Tenacity and Ability to sustain focus on long term goals (desirable)
