They cover a wide range of building services projects across the UK including offices, laboratories, defence facilities, and complex fit-outs. The Mechanical Estimator Opportunity We are seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join the team in a permanent, office-based role in Northampton. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates across a range of HVAC projects, working closely with bid managers who lead client interactions. This is a hands-on role, giving you exposure to all aspects of mechanical building services estimating from supplier pricing to tender submissions.
