Restaurant Manager - Responsibilities
• Lead and inspire both FOH and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Oversee daily operations, standards, staffing, and service quality
• Drive commercial performance, using strong P&L and cost-control ability
• Develop, coach, and motivate a large, diverse team
• Ensure high levels of food quality, consistency, safety, and presentation
• Identify growth opportunities and implement improvements
• Maintain a hands-on presence, especially during busy service times
• Build a positive, high-energy culture that supports continuous growth
You will bring:
A branded hospitality background, experience in high-volume operations, strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, resilience, and a natural ability to inspire teams. A full UK driving licence is required.
