Our client, Manufacturers of fire rated and security products are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join their Redditch team. This position will lead to a permanent contract within the company, after a successful trial period.
Role Details:
* Fabrication and Welding Experience
* Press brake experience
* Painting and powder experience
* Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
* Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks
* Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team
Weekly shift pattern and Pay Rate:
* 08.00am -16.30pm
* Monday to Friday
* Competitive starting pay of £14.50 per hour leading to £15.00 when completed 13 weeks.
