Responsibilities
* Support, coach and develop team members (6) to build and retain a high-performing team
* Organise team initiatives and facilitate effective team meetings
* Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, providing constructive feedback and support
* Ensure team members understand their roles, responsibilities and objectives
* Take ownership of personal delivery objectives as a Tech Delivery Manager
* Lead Agile delivery squads in the successful delivery of Private Treaty product enhancement projects
* Collaborate with Product Managers to define project scope and priorities
* Develop and maintain project roadmaps, delivery plans and resource plans
* Manage project budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders
* Implement Agile methodologies and best practices to optimise project delivery
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, user story refinement sessions, technical reviews, sprint retrospectives
* Monitor project progress and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders
* Chair technical governance meetings and ensure appropriate decision-making processes are followed
* Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality standards
* Drive compliance with relevant policies, procedures, security and privacy requirements
* Ensure solutions align with agreed architectures, standards, methods and tools
* Manage relationships with external technology suppliers and delivery partners
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Agile project management, Agile delivery management and software engineering environments
* Proven experience delivering complex software and technology projects using Agile methodologies
* Experience leading and managing cross-functional software delivery teams
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, principles and best practices
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong leadership and people development capabilities
* Experience using Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Scrum/Kanban boards
