Tiger are excited to be partnering with a Medicinal Retail Brand in their search for a E-Commerce Admin Assistant! Role: Admin Assistant Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Location: West London When: Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:30 / 1 day WFH What you'll do: Processing customer orders and ensuring swift delivery Handling orders/stock from in-house website, Amazon and other platforms as and when required Liaising with the UK warehouse Customer service including responding to customer queries; mainly orders, tracking and product queries/advice Supporting marketing campaigns, working alongside our marketing team, monitoring and contributing to content, including social media Updating websites and helping create new product listings Providing support to sales team; mainly data and product information Keeping things well organised and structured, providing reports on a weekly basis. Organising data in a clear system easily accessible for all departments PA duties to Founder Other ad hoc duties as required What you need: Previous experience within a similar position Previous experience with Amazon platforms Strong literacy and communication skills Strong attention to detail Forward thinking individual REF: HNW91564 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
